Responsible for the system integration of the web-based Long Term Incentive Plans system; ‘MyLeo’. The system integration items are the general file interface (PASTA), the token/challenge access (MQ/TSS), the compliance request processing (COSi), the communication processes (e-mail and print at ING Leeuwarden), the reporting and the payment processes (Delta mapping to EB). In realizing successful system integration it is inevitable to have a good cooperation with Legal, Human Resource, Operations, Accountancy and Infrastructure services.

Coordinating the user acceptance test and performance test. The objectives are to prepare and to plan the acceptance user acceptance test, assist the testers and report the test progress to the project management. The testers were ten international end-users of the MyLeo system from the Operations, Account management and Sales departments. I have met the deadlines of all of the time boxes.
